According to Find Law, "In a typical DUI diversion program, the defendant is required to meet certain specified conditions, like completing classes or performing community service. Once the conditions are met, the prosecutor or judge typically dismisses the DUI charge." Whether or not your state's diversion program includes a suspended driver's license or not, I couldn't say. You might start by talking to the DMV in your state or review their website. You can also google- your state's name and diversion program for more information.
