    Can I fight the suspension of my license if I did not appeal before the deadline?

    How do I challenge an admistrative suspension for failure to appeal the action within 15 days

    I am not aware of the state this occurred in, but in general, you are out of luck if you fail to request a hearing within the allotted time frame. The Administrative Hearing is separate from your criminal charge and is unrelated to that outcome. You can win your case in criminal court and still have your license suspended. You should consult with a DUI attorney in your area who can look at your circumstance and advise you accordingly. He will have knowledge of your state's administrative hearing/DMV process.
